Take a cup (200ml) of lukewarm or cold milk or water.
Add 1-2 leveled scoops of Nutrilife and stir well. Add sugar if desired for additional sweetness, stir well before drinking.
Nutrilife is versatile and can be incorporated into milkshakes, juices, soups, and even flour.
For adults, the recommended dosage is 2 leveled spoonful (approx. 24g) once a day.
For children aged 9 years and older, the recommended dosage is 1 leveled spoonful (approx. 12g) once a day.
